This study will look at an e-health lifestyle intervention to improve health-related quality of life and prevent or modify the risk of chronic disease in New Zealand women previously treated for breast cancer.

This is a feasibility study of an e-health enabled lifestyle modification intervention to improve health-related quality of life and prevent or modify the risk of chronic disease in New Zealand women previously treated for breast cancer.

Key inclusion criteria

  • Women who have completed any intensive treatment (surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy) for breast cancer in the previous 24 months (can be on endocrine therapy).
  • Aged between 18 years and 50 years (inclusive).
  • Reside in New Zealand.
  • Have no metastatic disease.
  • Have access to the internet.
  • Own, or have access to, a computer or tablet device.
  • Willing and able to comply with all study requirements, including intervention, timing and nature of required assessments.
  • Able to speak and read in English to ensure consent is informed and documentation of participant-reported outcome measures can be adhered to.
  • Voluntary written informed consent.
