As part of Breast Reconstruction Awareness (BRA) Day, Breast Cancer Foundation NZ is partnering with a specialist team of surgeons and nurses from Health NZ Counties Manukau to provide education and information about breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to learn about your options for breast reconstruction. You’ll hear about different surgery options and the best timing for these, as well as what to expect from your recovery. You will get the answers to questions like, "What kind of surgery is right for me? When should I have breast reconstruction and what about my other breast?"

Following the presentations you will have the opportunity to speak directly with the surgeons, nurses and with other women who have had breast reconstruction.
