Northland's Inaugural Pink Ribbon Ride

This charity ride will coincide with Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The ride starts at the McKay Stadium (97 Western Hills Drive, Kensington, Whangarei), closest to the St Johns (last entrance heading north), with bikes and classic cars gathering from 9:00am and departing at 11:00am sharp.

The route runs through Whangarei taking the Kamo Bypass, heading north on State Highway 1 through Kawakawa and north along State Highway 10 to Kaeo. There is a planned stop at Waipapa for coffee and spot prizes for 30 minutes then north to Kaeo Rugby Club.

Registration includes the Pink Ribbon Badge and two chances to win a lucky draw. There will be refreshments for sale at the Kaeo Rugby rooms. At the end of the ride, the prizes will be handed out and speeches and raffles drawn.

On the day there will be a limited stock of “Northland's Inaugural Pink Ribbon Ride” cloth badges for sale.

Please check our massive raffle (fishing trip worth $2800) and more details of the ride on our Facebook page.

Let 'Em Roll Social Riders will also be holding an “after event" at their club rooms in Kaeo. There's plenty of room to pitch a tent or stay the night on the couches.
