Terms of use for Pre Check
These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the use of the Pre Check iOS and Android applications, including the website www.breastcancerfoundation.org.nz/precheck ("Pre Check"), and any services made available to you via or in relation to Pre Check.
Pre Check is provided by Breast Cancer Foundation NZ (also called, “the Foundation”, "we", "us" and "our" in these terms) of 11 York St, Parnell, 1052, Auckland, NZ.
Acceptance
By accessing and using the Pre Check iOS or Android apps you give your consent to the privacy policy and these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to this these terms, please do not install or use Pre Check.
Pre Check is a free educational resource.
Use of content
All trademarks, copyrighted materials, graphics, images, artwork, other materials and code are either the property of, or used with permission by the Foundation. The content may only be used for personal, education or non-commercial purposes. You agree not to sell, modify, edit, repurpose or adapt the content in any way without permission from us.
Your conduct
You must use Pre Check for lawful purposes only. You must not transmit through the apps and website any material which is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate, or which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others.
Liability
Your access to Pre Check is on an “as is” and “as available” basis and gives no warranty in connection with the apps or website. The Foundation does not guarantee that the operation of Pre Check will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We reserve the right at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, the apps and the website at any time. We will endeavour to alert existing users to any updates, but please check these terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the apps periodically for changes. Continued use of this site after any changes will mean you accept those changes.
While the Foundation exercises due care to include accurate and up to date information on Pre Check, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy. The Foundation assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the site.
The Foundation and its associated companies take no responsibility for the downloading of software from this site or from any linked sites.
The Foundation does not give any guarantees, undertakings, warranties or make any representations in relation to Pre Check whatsoever and under no circumstance shall the Foundation be responsible for any damage, loss or consequential loss suffered by any party as a result of their use or reliance on information on Pre Check.
