Getting started with myHT Guide
myHT Guide is a free programme designed to support people taking hormone therapy (also called endocrine therapy) after breast cancer treatment.
The programme provides trusted information, practical tools, symptom monitoring, and access to specialist nursing support to help you get the most benefit from your treatment.
You can join myHT Guide yourself or be referred by a healthcare professional.
How it works
- Tell us how you’re going. After you sign up, we’ll email you a short survey about your experience of hormone therapy. This helps us see where you might need extra support.
- Explore the portal. Once you’ve done the survey, we’ll email you a link to the myHT Guide portal. It has information based on the latest evidence to help you understand your treatment, manage side effects, look after your wellbeing and keep taking your hormone therapy.
- Keep checking in. At regular intervals, we’ll send you short surveys about any symptoms. Your answers help us point you to information that suits you.
- Talk to a nurse if you need to. If your answers show you might need more support, or side effects are making it hard to keep taking your treatment, one of our breast nurse specialists may contact you by phone, email or text.
We’re here to help you stay informed, manage side effects and keep going with your treatment where you can.
