Chemotherapy and breast cancer
Chemotherapy is a treatment that uses drugs to disrupt - or destroy - production of cancer cells.
It is a systemic treatment. This means cells throughout the whole body are treated as the drugs circulate via the bloodstream. Breast cancer treatment affects everyone in different ways. Some may experience few side effects, while others may experience more severe side effects. The webinar covers strategies and tips to manage the side effects of chemotherapy to help boost your quality of life during this time.
