Living Life after Breast Cancer

Moving forward after breast cancer can be difficult and you may have trouble readjusting.

You might look normal on the outside, but that doesn't necessarily mean you feel normal on the inside. Long term side effects - physically, mentally and emotionally - can take their toll, but it's important to remember you're not alone and there are ways forward.

Meet your panel:

Kate Payne was diagnosed with breast cancer in her early forties. Kate talked about mental resilience and how she dealt with challenges that arose once her treatment had finished.

Geraldine Tennant is a Health Psychologist who specialises in breast cancer. She discussed about how to navigate emotional and physical health challenges post-treatment, as well as anxiety, stress and relationship management.

Jan Haworth is a health and wellness coach who, after struggling with breast cancer herself, created 'Life 2.0' a post-cancer programme all about living life after cancer. Jan explained how to create an action plan to make sure you hit the ground running.
