Newly diagnosed? What you need to know

There's a lot to figure out after a diagnosis of breast cancer and patients can often feel a bit lost between diagnosis and surgery. You may ask, where to from here? What are my treatment options? How do I manage information overload? Do I tell people?

We discuss what the next steps after a diagnosis are, and what you can expect on your breast cancer journey.

We speak to Adele Cubitt Cohen, who was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer recently. She shared her experience of cancer treatment and recovery, and what helped her during her cancer journey.

We are also joined by oncoplastic breast surgeon Dr Eletha Taylor and breast care nurse Katherine Taylor.
